SISTEM PAKAR DIAGNOSA PENYAKIT RABIES MENGGUNAKAN METODE CASE BASED REASONING

Rabies disease is a very dangerous infectious disease transmitted through wild animals such as dogs and apes. Advancement of expert system can solve this problem by designing a web-based computer system integrated with database and programming languages such as PHP-MySQL so as to help rabies patients to diagnose the disease. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based rabies disease diagnosis system. This expert system application uses Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method which is decision making method by comparing new case with old case and through four process of retrieve, reus, revise, and retain. The results of the implementation, the system provides questions in the form of symptoms that must be answered by patients according to symptoms experienced and the results of the process the system will provide information on the type of rabies disease to get a solution with treatment and therapy. Implementation results, this expert system has been able to diagnose Rabies Stadium prodromal disease, Rabies Stadium sensoris, Rabies Stadium excitation and Rabies Stage paralytic.
