PENGARUH MANAJEMEN PENGETAHUAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN INSENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN SERTA IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN (STUDI KASUS PADA BANK SWASTA DI BANDA ACEH)

The objective of this research was to look at the effect of knowledge management, organization culture, and incentive on employee performance. All the four variables were used partially and simultaneously to look at the effect of each variable on company performance. This research utilized path analysis to look at relationship and effect of knowledge management (X1), organization culture (X2), and incentive (X3) variables on employee performance (Y). The path analysis was also used for looking at effects of the four variables on the company performance (Z). The research results showed that all X variables, either partially or simultaneously, had positive and significant effect on the employee performance (Y) which was showed by R2 value of 0.766 or 76.6%. The effect of all X and Y variables on the Z variables was positive and significant which was proven by positive beta coefficient value and R2 value of 0.659 or 65.9%.
