Achieve optimal growth and development not only necessary nutrients through the provision of adequate food consumption according to the child's level of ability, the right quantity and the right quality, but also the attention and stimulation of families especially the elderly Based on preliminary studies the researchers did in AL Munira kindergarten Kota Juang District there were 60 children aged 5-6 years. Based on the observation that researchers do 6 of 10 pre-school children have not been able to stand on one leg in 20 seconds and they are still difficult to catch the ball with both hands. Design for this studiy is cross sectional analytic. Population of 60 people, sampling simple random sampling (48 people). There parenting parents relationship with gross motor development of preschool age children and there is relationship between gross motor development environment with pre-school age children. There is a relationship between parents and parenting gross motor development environment with pre-school age children.
