ABSTRAK

Beasiswa merupakan pemberian berupa bantuan keuangan yang diberikan kepada perorangan yang bertujuan meringankan beban biaya mahasiswa demi keberlangsungan pendidikan yang ditempuh. Dengan semakin meningkatnya pertumbuhan jumlah mahasiswa maka secara otomatis akan meningkat juga jumlah beasiswa ataupun penerima beasiswa. Maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah sistem pengambilan keputusan yang bisa mempermudah dalam penyeleksian penerimaan beasiswa itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan kelompok seleksi penerima beasiswa dengan menggunakan metode Promethee sebagai sebagai metode yang digunakan untuk Decision Support System pada masing-masing pengambil keputusan, dan metode Hare quota sebagai model voting dari pengambil keputusan yang terlibat dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa. Para pengambil keputusan harus menentukan kriteria, subkriteria dan parameter, selanjutnya decision maker melekukan penilaian terhadap mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan rangking dari setiap decision maker  dan  selanjutnya sistem akan secara otomatis menghitung nilai  hare dari setiap alternatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode promethee sebagai metode multi kriteria dan metode hare quota  sebagai metode voting dapat membantu proses seleksi penerima beasiswa. Penentuan kriteria dan kuota untuk setiap kelompok beasiswa sangat berpengaruh pada proses pengambil keputusan.

ABSTRACT

Scholarship is a gift in the form of financial assistance granted to individuals who easing the burden of student fees for the continuation of education pursued. With the increasing growth in the number of students it will automatically increase also the number of scholarships or scholarships. Therefore we need a system that can facilitate decision-making in selecting scholarship reception itself. The purpose of this research is to develop decision support system application selection group recipients using promethee as a method used for decision support system on each decision, and methods hare quota as a model of voting of the decision makers involved in determining the recipients. The decision makers must determine the criteria, sub-criteria and parameters, then the decision maker melekukan assessment of students to obtain the rankings of every decision maker and the system will automatically calculate the value of each alternative hare. The results of this study concluded that the decision support system using promethee method as a method of multi-criteria and methods hare quota as a method of voting can help the process of selection of recipients. Determining the criteria and quota for each group of scholarship is very influential in the decision making process.
