EFEKTIVITAS PENAMBAHAN TEPUNG KEONG MAS (Pomacea canaliculata) DALAM PAKAN BUATAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BENIH IKAN BANDENG (Chanos chanos Forskall)

ABSTRACT

The research was conducted in Aquaculture Department Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, Almuslim University since April, 1st until 10th May 2016. The purpose of the research was to know effectiveness of additional flour from golden snail (Pomacea canaliculata) in the feed with difference doses for the growth of fry milkfish. The design of the research is Random Completed Design (RCD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications, with the protein level are 12,56%, 21,32%, 27,04% and 25%. The result of the research shows the additional flour from golden snail has significant influence (P<0,01) on the absolute weight, absolute long of fry milkfish. The highest absolute weight were for founded at 27,04% level protein, as much 2,15 gram and the lowest were for founded at 12,56% level protein as much 1,46 gram. The highest absolute long were for founded at 27,04% level protein feed as much 4,06 cm and the lowest at 12,56% as much 2,68 cm. The highest specific growth rate were for founded at 27,04% level protein feed as much 1,3%/day and the lowest were for 12,56% protein level feed as much 0,6% / day. The highest survival rate were for founded at 27,04% protein level feed as much 73,3% and the lowest at 27,04% protein level feed treatment as much 63,3%. The highest feed efficiency were for founded at 27,04% protein level feed treatment as much 9,4% and the lowest at 12,56% protein level feed treatment as much 8,7%.
