Cadres majority were in either category, namely 21 respondents filling skills KIA book the majority are in enough categories, namely 18 respondents research shows cadres have good performance in charging KIA book, but the quality of the use KIA book by mothers who come to Posyandu is still not good. Generally (47%) performed well, cadres have sufficient skills (40%) in charging KIA book, there is a relationship between the performance of cadres with skill charging KIA book in IHC. It is expected that the chairman of cadres can review the performance of cadres in charge of discipline KIA book in IHC.
