THE ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF HEALTH OPERATIONAL ASSISTANCE IN AN EFFORT TOIMPROVE MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTHAT SAMALANGA HEALTH CENTER SAMALANGA SUBDISTRICT BIREUEN DISTRICT 2018

Health Operational Assistance (HOS) implemented to support the operational implementation of the Health Center is promotive/preventive in the community. Objectives: of this study is to analyze the implementation of Health Operational Assistance in Efforts to Improve Maternal and Child Health at Samalanga Health Center, Samalanga District, Bireuen District in 2018. Research methods: This study used a mixed methods approach. The entire population in this study was sampled as many as 46 respondents. Qualitative data used 5 sample respondents. Quantitative data instruments in the form of questionnaires that have been validated while qualitative data in the form of open interviews. Quantitative data analysis was univariate and bivariate while qualitative data analysis was analyzed by triangulation. Result: showed that there was a relationship between efforts to improve maternal and child health with communication = 0.016, resources = 0.000 and bureaucratic structure = 0.008. Dominant Resource and Disposition variables have a relationship with efforts to improve maternal and child health (MCH) at Samalanga Health Center, Samalanga Subdistrict, Bireuen District with a p-value (sig) of 0.000. Conclusion: This study is the relationship of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure with the implementation of HOS activities in improving maternal and child health. It is recommended for midwives to prepare good programs and resources so that the goal of improving community quality can be achieved. And the health workers who are in charge of the samalanga Health Center are more active including Posyandu cadres to provide health information.
