PENGARUH JOB EMBEDDEDNESS DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION PADA PT SINAR SURYA KENCANA ABADI TANJUNG MORAWA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job embeddedness and organizational commitment on turnover intention. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques with questionnaires (statements). Population and sample in the study amounted to 44 respondents. The results of the discussion explained that the effect of job embeddedness and organizational commitment on turnover intention at PT Sinar Surta Kencanan Abadi Tanjung Morawa. The value of Adjusted R Square value is 0.425 which means that the independent variable consisting of Job Embeddedness and Organizational Commitment can explain Turnover Intention at PT Sinar Surya Kencana Abadi Tanjung Morawa by 42.5% and the remaining 57.5% explained by other variables not included in the model research.
